Truly enjoyed the room with a bath instead of shower, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were coffee, a kettle, and two windows in my room. The location was magnificent and favourable, near the train station, shops and pubs, the train station which was perfect- and the main shopping areas🙂🙂👍

Quick check in and in general friendly service. The twin room with aircon, shower and a bath. Handy and easy location with parking nearby.

Loved location and rooms, everything was fairly clean and fine. The staff was efficient and decent and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was handy, relatively close to Leeds City Museum.

The best thing was the continental breakfast which I paid extra for. It was good value for money with a choice of different cereals, grapefruit pieces, bread rolls with either cheese or meat, then tea or coffee.
The walls are thin, but I had good neighbours on the night that I stayed there so I wasn't woken up unnecessarily.

Walls are think so its quite noisy, but doesn't stop you sleeping

Very good value. Excellent location right by main railway station. Rooms clean and with more than adequate facilities- a few things loose (eg bathroom mug holders) but nothing serious. Continental buffet breakfast similarly good value, with all you would expect for the price

Strongly recommend for a cursory stop
Immaculate room, comfy bedding, our stay was improved with the polite and cute staff who made sure everything was perfect, and the hotel's fantastic location right next to the train station allowed us to easily explore the nearby Trinity shopping centre.
All good.

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and convenient luggage storage. Staff once helped me find good exchange rates, which I always remember. I'll definitely return for my next city trip!

Location
Requestes a triple room- 3 single beds about 3 months before the stay. Got there and they put us in a room with a small double and single. Room was tiny, ok for a couple and small child. not 3 adults! Had to really put my point across to reception staff before they swapped our room. Also wokenup at 3am by noise people returning.

Central position
Whilst central and to some extent ' value for money' the hotel was extremely noisy at night due to other late noisy guests and also heavily banging fire doors, surely there impact on closure could be reduced ! Our bathroom also only had a bath - the shower was out of action.
